This. This is the sole reason why Rex is the raid king. No other toon ALWAYS removes TM on basic (pending resists).

Yeah the 100% and with him and ee able to clear debuffs, I use rex to add tm even when no debuffs are present. Speed things up a little.

EE removes debuffs just fine and his basic grants tm to Scout and Teebo, making scout take more turns than Rex. Scout has 55% chance to remove 50%, Rex has 100% chance to remove 20%. Odds r, in 2 turns, barring resists, Scout will remove 50% while Rex removes 40%.

Yes, RNG can burn u, but u have to play the odds. EP only lands his aoe stun 70% of the time. That's only 15% higher chance than scout has to drop tm and EP is everywhere..Plus, scout is f2p.

"How many Ewok Scout have I seen in high level arena?"

His value is as a cleanser. He not only cleanses, but removes tm. He other cleansing options are one trick ponies especially in phase one.
