The Galactic Legends event was on the main landing page of starwars.com when the event came out. This is clearly a Disney asset and they control their IP. So we know that post has to be made with some coordination with EA. This lack of communication just show how poorly CG handles that IP and this game in general.

Also comparing the release of planned content to something of this nature is not apples to apples. but as you said, attitudes have already been clearly shown.

Why would an update be that they have no details? A hint. A puzzle. A haiku. Anything would be nice...

no one is here saying they are doing good or better at communicating (although many post like anything not negative is praising them). but this is not a "normal circumstance" and while a followup would be appreciated, there could also be some consideration for the circumstances.

I have a distributor who as ghosted my purchasing department for just about 2 weeks now on a simple quote, but we are giving him a little slack and just reaching out to ask for an update, not thinking in any way that "what you see here" should be seen as the way to respond or blame him for this abnormal situation. So I think we will have to agree to disagree with "expect the same thing I see here".

Never leveraged in the manner of what this thread has turned it into. It has been used in the past and you are 100% right that it is at least reliable vs.. the CG site that still says that JKR is coming to the game. What I am referencing is using whatever context to apply it to a point. But to your point, no I do not go to starwars.com for SWGOH information.

My main argument was around the fact that Kyno was stating that they don't need to update us regularly, and to a degree he is right I don't feel like they need hourly updates. But I do not think it unreasonable, or outside of the realm of common courtesy to just pop up some sort of response. Affiliates have just as much responsibility as the parent companies etc.
