What's your roster management strategy after the introduction of GA?

not entirely sure if others would consider my roster lean, but i'm mostly facing players with "weaker" rosters.
edit: forgot that i unequiped a large portion of my mods when i was trying to stay sub 4m (which was a stupid idea and luckely didn't last long).
