When data crons conflict each other, how is it resolved?

For a few days we had a data cron form the recently expired set that prevented revives at level 6 and the newest set has a lot of reviving of tanks at level 3 and more. If one battled the other, would the tank be prevented from reviving?

    If we go off of Nightsister Zombie vs. SLKR or any of the other characters that can prevent revives ...

    If the datacron doing the revive explicitly states the revive "cannot be prevented," it should win.  If not, the one preventing the revive would.
