When do you think new Shipments (Cantina/Ship/Arena/GW) will be available?

Im running out of characters in cantina, arena and ships ro go after. Just curious as to when people think they might add new shipments to these areas. How great would it be to get some NEW characters in there?! Tell me what you guys think.
