The announced norm for a Journey event is roughly 3-4 months. Today marks the low end of 3 months. Early August marks four months. And "roughly" four months can be a little longer than that.
We are not remotely near any point where it's reasonable to complain about Malak not being back yet.
Tomorrow July 12th marks 90 days, not today.
Neverthless, there is no way CG will release Malak this month F2P. Pretty sure whales don't want that as long as G13 Sith Empire is the meta.
