when will the first order executioner be realesed for F2P?

we've been waiting a long time for the first oder executioner; personlly i use him in arena, galactic war, territory battles, and PVE. but i only have him at 3 stars so hes losing a lot of what he could be doing, so when is he gonna be F2P? p.s i know it sounds weird but same question bout: holdo, rose, marauder, visas marr and my fav caracter in the game, sion

FOE?  Most likely some time this month.The rest were released later, and will almost certainly be farther down the pipe.

A min of 6 months after release he,will be,droped on a single hard node for ftp

Single hard mode is a rather specific prediction, unless they've confirmed it.

Kylo Ren Unmasked was dropped onto an 8-energy cantina node alongside his ship. First Order SF TIE Fighter Pilot was dropped in the guild store. The vets were dropped in 16-energy cantina nodes.

Next weeks update.He went into chromium/shipments on March 1st.  So approximately 4-6 weeks from then.
