Yes but again, as was already pointed out, the probabilities listed are for the 2ND card which grants 1-2 million.  The 1ST card grants 1 million outright. This makes the graphic showing 2-3 million for the whole purchase completely correct. There’s a lot of things CG doesn’t get right.  This isn’t one of those things.
