That's only half the fix. Yes that was obviously not wai. But the 2 tags each giving the same effect is very unclear. Palp gives both leader effects to vader and himself with 2 tags. Why is it wrong to think that vader would give palp and himself both effects from 2 tags...
I use Jedi in arena and I've lost more than a few matches because of tfp removing turn meter through foresight on yoda. I honestly didn't know palp and Vader removed turn meter twice. I assume the difference is that palp grants a different mechanic to and empire character and a different mechanic to a sith, you could assume he'd grant both mechanic to a double tagged character. Vader's simply grants the same mechanic to empire and sith, so I've always assumed it wasn't meant to be double tapped.
