Where is the interesting part of the new raid?

Wondering which would be more difficult for CG now: a) to accept that probably many people will spend the next 9 months completely uninterested for the new raid with auto matches, or b) to admit that this new raid is simply a huge mistake and was a waste of giving money to develop.
Or c) in such a CG's way they completely ignore the complaints and continue counting their money in radio silence.
