I would say Krennic was incompetent at best, certainly not awesome. He reminded me of Jar Jar. I agree that Bistan should not be a toon in this game but Krennic isn't worthy either.

Not just mine, a lot of people agree with this. Krennic was underwhelming and lacked a spine in the movie. He underestimated the Rebels and that cost him big time.
