I think maybe QGJ and Yoda since they have strong basic abilities but Ahsoka could be good too or Lumi if it needs heal.
I really like a jedi team under Ima gun di. And aayla is a perfect fit. Kit fisto should get some counters too, but for some reason is not often, some people say above gear10 gets better. I think he's weak, so i stopped upgrading him.
For the squad i would say: igd, aayla, qgj, yoda and lumi. But for my experience, barris counters more than yoda, but the jedi master is very overall powerful. Kylo is a nice idea too, since u can enable his auto counter ability.

I have run it and she has not countered many attacks.
That said I have been playing around with IgD, Aayla, Kit, Ahsoka, QGJ
Aayla does get 100% counter everytime with IGD lead. He gives 35% and she has 65% ability to counter, so 100%. At least with me is everytime.
