Who benefits most from a DEF boost from a mod?

What is your opinion? Is it a character with already high def? One with low def? Does it matter if its a %def mod or a #def mod? Does it matter how high protection/health is, or not? I wonder if ev...

His calculator doesnt have an option for protection, so I'm not entirely sure what you compared

Also, defense does not go as high as the numbers u stated ("1335 vs 1312")
