Sabine was born on Mandalore and is a member of, as well as heir to, Clan Wren. She couldn't stop being a Mandalorian anymore than Hera could stop being a Twi'lek. Whereas Jango is a mercenary from who-knows-where who claims to be from Concord Dawn and wears cheap knockoff armor because it adds to his reputation and brings in the clients.
