Who is considered a Pilot?

There are so many characters in the Star Wars universe that flew ships. I wonder if anyone who runs the game has said who are considered pilots. There are obvious answers Res Pilot, FOTP, Wedge, Biggs...

The luke in the game actually did not fly a spaceship yet. We need to wait for jedi luke if you want a pilot.
