Im hoping to Zeta either Qui-Gon or Barriss but am unsure as to which is the best route to go. Barriss 100% without question, esp given your including GK and 5s. Just add in Chaze asap with those 3 and you're golden for a while.I know a handful of people who regret putting their first zeta on QGJ. Zeta Barriss is/can/will be part of the next meta.Barriss zeta is also very nice vs all those ever popular Wiggs teams all over the place now.

I just fought a Zeta QGJ in arena.It's not as hard as I thought though it wasn't the best setup.QGJAnakinAaylaMaceShoretrooperI think Yoda or Barriss would have been a better choice over Shore and I'm not sure why Mace was even in that line up.Still, I won easily. I think Barriss Zeta would be more helpful because most teams are crit reliant.

Barris will give you a solid defensive team for arena, but its not gonna help in tourneys... i played a few qgj zeta leads in vader tourney and although i won...they did take a few out...that foresight is really annoying...without my B2 spaming aoe's) i may have lost.

Bariss zeta is a lot more versatile because it's not a leader ability

I agree that Barriss is the new meta with her Zeta ability. Far better than QGJ. But, if you want to go against the grain a bit, and not have the most boring crew in the world (GK, Barriss, Chaze, and misc 5th person) then try a Vader zeta. Loads of fun :smiley:

Barris' is a unique and those *otherwise* always stop when the character dies. Since there is no special modifier explained, many people think it could possibly not be WAI and would like dev clarification. For instance, Daka used to self revive via her passive when she died but the devs "fixed" it.

We will most likely not be getting a dev comment.
But with barris unique when it is not zeta, her unique stops when she dies.
After it gets zeta, it persists after she dies.

So I don't know why her unique is different now.
I'm really hoping this is a bug they can fix(unlike teebo)
How this is working right now is not good, once everybody farms the team it will be the worst meta to date.

I was originally thinking QGJ for my first Zeta but after facing several of those without any trouble in the last tourney I am reevaluating. Since you have GK I would say Bariss for you. I don't have GK and my guild isn't close on heroic AAT yet so I'm kinda stuck on mine.

Is Vader Zeta better than a Zeta Barris team?

I have seen some videos and heard that Vader Zeta may be a better option, is this the case? Just want to be sure before I commit to a Barriss team, that it can beat Vader zeta on offensive...

Did you struggle with Maul zeta leads at all? I had a bad time with those.

Also I'm hearing Zeta Vader is the perfect counter to Barriss zeta teams, but this is all heresay for now.

And people care that much about their defense? I don't mind dropping ranks cuz then I get to battle back up each day. Arena is prolly my favorite thing in game so I'd get bored if I sat at #1 all the time.

I usually do 1 refresh everyday just cuz I like to.
