A whole year? Wow that feels REALLY slow. I got two GL's last year alone, 3 within 2 years and all at R7, 8 or 9 without spending a dime. Now my 4th is taking longer but I did focus on Profun instead and had a handful of Operations characters I had to relic up for my guild. But, I guess it depends on how much crystal income you have daily, so that could keep you down a bit, I guess.
