Why 144 speed Baze goes before 263 QGJ?

I came across this in Arena. My QGJ has 233 speed + 30 thru his Zeta. However, enemy Baze attacked first (AoE) removing Foresight from all toons. He is only 144 speed. True, his unique gives him +5% whenever enemy gains buff. So, he should be 144*1.05=151 speed. Where does he gain the rest of 84 speed??? Or is it 5% per enemy? In which case, his speed will be 180=144*1.25 which is still way short of being 1st toon to move.

    Because Baze is broke. Giving 10% tm per fs gained by your Jedi team. So if he is at half +1 of your fastest Jedi he will go first.

    IMO Baze is gaining 5% for dodge gain and 5% for deflection gain per Jedi.

    I have added to a Baze bug report and hopefully they look at this.

    Who else you have? It should be he's start with 25%TM, maybe the Offence boost counts?

    Shouldn't. Doesn't count vs Anakin lead.

    Maybe it's a glitch with Qui-Gon, since it's based off of speed and not a flat bonus is my thinking. Because if it's due to qui gon, that's something that should be fixed for future characters with a similar mechanics.

    True.I still think it is because of the gain of dodge and deflection with fs.basically count fs twice.wouldn't be the first time coding is counting buffs/debuffs twice.

    Yes, every baze I face regardless of base speed goes first before my zeta qgj lead team and removes foresight
