Why 144 speed Baze goes before 263 QGJ?

So what you're saying is that Baze's 25% TM > 119 (QGJ 263 - Baze 144 base speed)?
Maybe TM isn't same as Speed, but in the beginning of the fight it has to be! if you think in terms of ratio, Baze TM must be 55% of QGJ's (144/263=55%). So, let's say Raid Han is the only one who has 100% TM at start of battle, and whoever is next, has 99% TM to make Han go first. Then, QGJ starts with 99% and Baze starts at 55%. Baze gains 25% (assuming his unique TM gain is PER enemy!) and becomes 55%+25%= 79%. Stil, QGJ wins and should go first.
There are two possible explanations:
1/ Baze unique is glitched and it counts buffs twice, hence he gains 50% TM and outspeeds QGJ
2/ Speed from Mods and QGJ lead is added to TM after battle starts, that is TM starts with base pre-mod and pre-leader speed and then it adds them.
Both would be a royal scroll up!!!
