Why 144 speed Baze goes before 263 QGJ?

I came across this in Arena. My QGJ has 233 speed + 30 thru his Zeta. However, enemy Baze attacked first (AoE) removing Foresight from all toons. He is only 144 speed. True, his unique gives him +5% w...

IMO Baze is gaining 5% for dodge gain and 5% for deflection gain per Jedi.

I have added to a Baze bug report and hopefully they look at this.

My oh my! After investing heavily into QGJ-led team (buying mods and gear!!!) , I feel so cheated!

And it's insane that a premium toon like Baze is allowed to come out with a glitch!
