Why all the razor crest attention?

Lately all I've seen attention for when it comes to ships is the razor crest. I get that it's a requirement for the executor but why has it been given such special treatment? It's been out for a while now has a randomized appearance in fleet shipments and has held a permanent spot in daily shipments as well as is a reward for those last minute events where you can only get commander ahsoka. Why can't other ships get this treatment?
