Why do Phoenix packs only give 25 shards?
Normally, a $20 pack gives you 80 shards and a $10 pack gives you 40 shards, so why do the $10 Phoenix packs only give 25 shards? Can a mod or dev please explain?

Sorry, but these stand alone packs with 25 shards are crud. The Anakin stand alone $9 pack and QGJ had more shards than this. 25 shards does nothing for players looking to Star up any of their toons for the event. And the big $99 pack with 55 shards is also a rip off. You gave more in the $79 First Order pack.
If I was a customer looking to buy these packs you just turned away money with cheep money grab tactics. Hell for $100 WalMart gift cards you are giving away 7* Rey 3k crystals and stoopid credits to select customers with Android platforms and Goggle play store. Cry me river about how your EA sales are horrible again with Battlefront 2, Old Republic MMO, John Madden Football and EA sports games!
