Why do Phoenix packs only give 25 shards?
Normally, a $20 pack gives you 80 shards and a $10 pack gives you 40 shards, so why do the $10 Phoenix packs only give 25 shards? Can a mod or dev please explain?

The currency priced packs are the same we got during the marquee event. If you bought them during the marquee event they are not available anymore. If you didn't bought them, they are available again.
