Why does basically everyone have the same skill rating?
This was supposed to be seeded by GP. I’m seeing 7.8 million GP accounts and 10 million accounts with the same skill rating.

If you mean the GP, then it is only all over the place in Kyber 1, since everyone above 7.6M has the same skill rating. Everyone else is matched by GP, because GP is what determined this first new GAC's skill rating on launch. This is obviously still very imbalanced as GP doesn't tell much about one's roster... but you have to start somewhere when you decide on a new system. Over the next weeks and months there will be a lot of movement until people settle in where they belong. If everything works out as expected, then I think CG will have done a decent job with the new matchmaking system.
