Why does Vaders hand glow when I view his character?

I noticed that too. Must be a bug.

It's his animation, think every character has a match start animation when you view them

I know Kylo Ren has one too

Vader is also one of the hardest character to 7* and obtain and one of the most iconic, so the extra effort makes sense
