Why doesn't Asaj Ventress have a Sith tag?

Key here is "this version". Just like current versions of Luke are not jedi.

The Jedi also refer to Ventress as a Sith and a former Sith in various material (canon).

To me the rule of 2 does not necessarily mean there absolutely cannot be more than 2 Sith. The Jedi have a rule that they can’t have relationships. Are we going to argue that famous characters like Kenobi aren’t Jedi because they violate that rule? Dooku broke the rule of 2 by training an apprentice and Palpatine ordered her killed to put an end to it. To me Ventress was a Sith at one point in her life.
