Why extremely rare event
To push you to buy now ? To let people who have full rebels teams get something that makes them feel special for awhile? I personally would have preferred if an empire team would have been the key...

I got the 7* emperor have never farmed rebels for a single purpose. Farmed lando and st han for scoundrels, farmed AA for raids and farmed leia when she was available because who wouldnt?
Rebels are pretty central to star wars lure and if youve been playing the game long enough you just end up having characters without having focused on them.
So if you couldnt get 5* 6* or 7* emperor its because you havent been playing long enough (which is perfectly fine) or you for some weird reason dont have any rebels? Even people who focus on a certain type like empire or scoundrels (like me) have other characters
