Just because the vast majority uses CLS, has literally nothing to do with diversity nor does it prove that there's no diversity. Some statistics can hardly be considered evidence as to why you can't beat them with certain characters. You can be diverse, run an empire squad and take your 1st spot anytime you want to - but you don't because there's no point in running an inferior squad that performs worse on the defense.

There is diversity, just people don't want to be diverse - two different things.

If you were correct, it'd show up in usage rates. It doesn't. The usage rates show you long term viability. Of course, outliners with max gear and God Mods exist. This game has 8 to 10 viable toons and I'm being generous. If there were more, they'd be used more.

I don't have to be correct or wrong, you are the one making the claim that you can't beat those 6 chars without having any of them. The burden of proof is on your side - not on mine. Plenty of knowledgeable people out there who can come up with a squad that can beat them. If you can't, then here you are complaining which is irrelevant.

See it this way, challenge 10000 people to beat a CLS - GK - R2 - Han - Thrawn/DN squad without using any of them, do you seriously think not a single guy can't do it?

(Boba, Chaze, Veteran Chewie/Han?)

If they could compete, they'd show up in the usage rates. You must be the only one running them.

Resistance team is trash man. Why are you trying so hard to be wrong? Han Solo stuns poe and I rarely lose protection on anybody. 17 of the top 20 are CLS teams in my shard. 29 of 50. Many of the others have CLS running Wedge lead. 2 resistance teams, 1 first order team and a handful of Rexs running the toons i mentioned. There is almost no diversity in Arena. You can't argue with the numbers man. Those usage rates are so far down that you arrowed...

I have him and he is game breaking. I went from 40th to 10th just by getting him. Am I better now than I was playing Zader? Nope. I spent $20 to get Old Ben to 7* so I could get CLS. Couple of weeks ago or close to a month, the usage rates of Han/R2/CLS were much lower and empire characters were used more often. It took them the time to gear up their rebels and CLS. People won't run them anymore as they perform worse on the defense, even they've proven time and time again they were able to beat CLS teams, they switched because they don't want to drop overnight that much and go for a refresh on their climb up.
