isn't the new raid enough of a time sink? Truly hating the time needed for the Naboo raid
No, as the new raid replaces an older raid.
If we had to do the Naboo raid and the Endor raid and the dragon raid and challange rancor raid and the sith raid and the tank raid and the OG rancor raid.......you would certainly have a valid point.
As I said, the current raid replaces all the other raids so there is no net loss of time (more or less).
