Why ship energy isn't earning raid tickets?
Looks like an oversight or maybe there's another purpose for it in the future?

I really don't mind that they didn't add that energy to ability to earn raid tickets. The back-end coding would be too problematic to get it to us quickly.
It is kind of a bummer though, I feel like they could have given us the ability to meet 600 without a refresh and then claimed it was to help alleviate the gear crunch. That's how I would have done it at least. Then just keep pointing to the new PvE and freeing up 50 crystals to stymie all the complaints. See, I'm more twisted than CG.
