I'm with you on wanting to spread positivity. I love this game too. I also believe CG is mishandling it pretty severely, so I also understand the complaints. There isn't any other place for the voices of the playerbase to be heard and the forums are almost entirely negative..... That says something, unfortunately.
I really wish the higher up decision makers at CG cared about making a game that lasts and has passionate fans, because the people there doing the real work certainly do, and the community really really wants to love this game. I don't think most people really enjoy being negative on here, its just the only option when something you care about so much is a source of frustration.
They have been negative since the beginning. The game is dying for about 6 years if you believe them.
There wasnt a single new content update they didn't hate.
