Actually it is possible to get more than one speed upgrade on a Grey mod, then it ends up with only 3 2nd stats, but it's about as likely as getting the mythical God speed mod +29, so it's ridicules to hope for it to happen on Grey mods.

Class A mods are supposed to have 4 secondary this only got 3
I think it happen when I hit a lucky roll when it was level 8 and got to level 11, I pushed update one more time after that, and then it struck me that the level 9 secondary stat was missing.
