Why would a new player sart this game?

With all the changes why would you even start to play this game?

CG already has a issue with getting new players to the game and with this new update it makes it even more difficult. 

As a parent if my child brought this game to me I would say dont bother as every game mode has a paywall in it. I'd rather go buy 6-10 console games for them a year than pay for daily access content for a 9 year old game. 

CG should be making it easier for new players to level up really fast and get to r3 for all the 7+ Year content (remove kyroteck barrier at gear 12 for example) so they get into the content fast.

Now all I see is pass access every where for prices more than I pay for all my streaming services combined. Even Disney + or foxtel doesnt charge this much per month to access.
