The FO and Resistance GLs will not be required for future GL chars.

The GLs will act as the the lvl/relic cap increase with extra steps. We all assume a cap increase of some kind is coming because of the curret and future difficulty tuning but if GLs boost stats, what’s the difference?

One could say; CG ‘reskinned’ the level cap and spread it out, 2 factions at a time.
