With this update, is Cad Bane now viable?

In the changelog you can read : "Cad Bane: "Hunter's Reflexes" will now grant Deflection to Scoundrel allies." That means you have to give up the Boba lead and the TM gain from the detonators. On ...

Oh man, I was thinking of retribution, my bad! Well, that answers my question, Cad is still one of the worst Bounty hunters.
