Worth A Try - Game Freeze Solution?
So I stumbled upon this a few days ago on reddit and gave it a shot. I didn't have any game freezes since doing that (a few days by now) but I have no idea if the problem is really fixed or not. I also don't know if doing it for another OS and/or apps does it but here's what I did:
OS: Android (version 12)
Device: Samsung Galaxy S20 FE
1) go to your apps and search for an app called "Game Launcher" (or some other app like that)
2) start the app and search for any kind of game optimisations for swgoh in that app and deactivate them
3) open up your app manager, search for the "Game Launcher" app (or that similar one) and deactivate it
4) game shortcuts might be gone on your phone so you might have to create new ones
5) restart your game
6) maybe enjoy a freeze-free game
