Yeah more like TFP has a 90% chance to gain foresight

Concerning TFP, the implementation of his mechanics is not clear: for each of debuff enemy you toss a coin with 35% chance to get foresight, so even at 3 debuff enemies you only have 72% getting foresight (1-0.65^3). With the 5 opponents with debufs it increases to 90%.
