It's a huge pain compared to CLS Solo/escape.
You have to burn through his protection, pretty far down into his health and then you can start spamming outrage. By then Grievous is probably halfway to enrage. You'll get maybe 2 or 3 escape chances if you're lucky. Maybe a couple hundred thousand damage. CLS can attempt escape 7-10 times and can do over a million each attempt.
