- I'm at 0-12 as well. I understand everything evens out in the long run but I bet there's a ton of people that get tired of the long bad streaks and quit the game. I know I've thought about it many times when it just seems pointless to keep going.

I am not asking for more ways to get Zetas, just make it fair for everyone: I unlocked Zeta at the same time as someone, but he gets 80% drop rate and I get 10% effective. I don't care about long term as we will all be dead over the long term, I just say it is a uncouncsoius move to make a needed resources completely random.
Since everyone has the same chance as you do it is fair. Stop saying things are unfair if you really have no clue what it means..
And yes I'm 4/20 underway with my second zeta and haven't seen a new one in 2 weeks. Fair.. the most overrated word in this game of 2017."sneeekypants;915626" wrote:

Good riddance, people that don't have patience for that have no business playing this game. Their feedback is skewed and they quit anyway even if they got faster zetas. Face it, the game is repetitive and most people are not here for the long run. People that wanna play this game for a month and expect to unlock everything are in the wrong place."CronozNL;915643" wrote:

In a way I agree.
On the other hand, I am not asking for a solution that would make other players worse, but a solution that would profit everyone and with this regard I think what I proposed is "fairer"."CronozNL;915646" wrote:

You need 100 purple ability mates in mean for every character. Did you ever see anyone complaining about the purple drop rates? No because you always got one or two whatever challenge.
I would prefer to have 40 Zeta requirement per skill, but their prices halved in shipments and a 100% drop rate.
Seeing 0 constantly is depressing and this game has enough depressing dimension of progression IMO.- Being actually fair isn't the issue.
It's being perceived to be fair that counts.
Being made to spend months playing a part of the game that is actively disliked by many to get rewards that then are not forthcoming will frustrate people to the point of quitting. - Drop rates are the same for everyone, so it is fair. Yes the rng sucks with something so important.
The challenge is not meant to be used to farm, it's there to supplement. Your main source for zetas is the ship store. "Kyno;915671" wrote:

They created a situation where situation where RNG has more importance than it should. If you had 1/5 drop rate but 5 attempts, it would create more homogeneous situation. (The variance is decreased by a factor of 6).
I agree with you about the farming strategy, but I find it idiotic to switch regime compared to the other ability mats where the situation is reversed (main source is challenge)."Neo2551;915654" wrote:

I agree, I have the same issue. I believe I've unlocked Zeta challenges like 2 months ago and I'm still working on my second. So I agree that for me personally it's too slow as well, I just accepted it.
Don't think they will half prices in shipments eventho I like the idea ofcourse.
Just make sure you will not regret the first Zeta you get, spent it wise for now ;)"Neo2551;915695" wrote:

The problem with a drop situation like that is then they need to collect and adjust drops per person/pull. I'm not saying that can't do that just that it's a major change from a single droprates calculation.
