All that matters is speed?
So in my shard the top player for quite some time just has all speed mods with a few health mods in his charactors. It that all that matters?

Why raid han will always be an elite toon.
All things considered...yes...speed is all that matters.
You do not see anyone collecting mods without speed.....
Even toons like sith trooper are superior when fast compared to a slow sith trooper.
