Getting 16 squads is definitely the div 2 focus, and there are soooooo many options!
Since Ga to GAC, this changed my gear farm focus as my broad roster became much more effective. For me it's been hard to focus on best use of resource on instant gain vs toons I keep putting off working on for pve content.
