My Dooku never seems to Shock when using Lightning...?
I have his lightning attack Omega'd, yet I can't remember seeing him shock anyone when using it. Stun, yes, Shock, I don't think so?

It's only a 50% chance. On top of that, there is always a 15% chance to resist any debuff. So really, Dooku shouldn't land that shock super often anyways.
It's all RNG my friend - Well, I did see it shock finally, maybe I'm just not usually noticing it, or it's just been a long day. His potency I think is around 70-80%.
- right. so how they calculate the shock with 50% then a calculation of potency vs tenacity, then the toons “deflection chance” can cause an additional resist. even at 100% potency there is a chance of resistance even if the 50% check happens.
