Perhaps see Jyn's leader for an example of where an effect (exposing an enemy if a rebel applied a debuff to them) only happens once, at the end of a turn, and see how it's structured differently than the per-debuff effects of JTR and KRU:

(It's also interesting to me how Expose is apparently implemented as a chain of future effects, rather than just a built-in simple debuff, but this is why there've been so many Expose bugs, probably.)
