Question about Rey (Jedi Training) Virtuous Protector Zeta

When Rey suffers a debuff she has a 40% chance to cleanse all debuffs. Seems simple enough. My question is, if RJT suffers multiple debuffs, does this chance stack?

So if CLS inflicts two debuffs on her, does she have a 64% chance to cleanse herself because both debuffs are independent events?
  • If you compare the swgoh.gg readout of the ability mechanics for Virtuous Protector zeta (https://swgoh.gg/characters/rey-jedi-training/ability/virtuous-protector) vs KRU's Merciless Pursuit zeta (https://swgoh.gg/characters/kylo-ren-unmasked/ability/merciless-pursuit) which has a similar mechanic (an FO ally gains 5% health and 5% protection they get any buff or debuff; main difference is that it's 100% chance not 40%), I expect JTR-VP would operate a debuff-at-a-time with a 40% roll after each.

Are there other per-debuff chance-of abilities we could compare it to in the swgoh readouts?

The probability wouldn't actually change. 40% is 40% is 40%. She would just have more rolls on the RNG table.

The point is that the effective cleanse rate is affected because of the "cleanse all". Based on what I have seen. I believe there is a roll for each debuff and it cleanses immediately on a hit. For instance, if the first debuff hits the cleanse only it is cleansed. If the fourth roll hits it will cleanse all four. Add in all the other combinations. Also, you have to factor in resistance which will happen sometimes and foresight since she has it a lot.

Overall it is better than one roll only but not as good as one of the 4 rolls cleansing all 4 every time.
