Starck zeta for Sith Raid

Hi guys. could you help me? Is there someone who has zStarck and could provide me more information? I would like to give Stark zeta and use imperial troopers on P2 (zVeers leader, Snowtrooper, Shoretrooper, Starck and Thrawn). Does this zeta work on Sion and give imperial troopers ability to damage more? Thanks.
