Why isn't First Order Tie Pilot in the Fleet shipments?
He's harder to farm than Grevious. He's a pilot to a ship they offer, shouldn't he be in there? Everyone else is.

Considering the Tuskens as we know them aren't even a space faring species, I tend to agree.
