Why isn't First Order Tie Pilot in the Fleet shipments?
He's harder to farm than Grevious. He's a pilot to a ship they offer, shouldn't he be in there? Everyone else is.

I am farming SRP and he's great in my Rebel squad. Some of the top players even use SRP. And no, I am not trolling. I was just correcting you.

I mean, if you count ships then he's right, they do. Bistan's U-Wing has unparalleled TM boosting, and guess whose gear defines the available level of that ability? Scarif Rebel Pathfinder.
As to the original issue (which I intended but forgot to include in my initial response), not every crew member has to be in fleet shipments and not every character in fleet shipments has to be a crew member.
