Yes, it was flagged as under investigation. But this is the first time Devs went so far as saying behavior was right and not description. It means, next time there is a bug, it is means description is possibly not correct.
To be honest, i didn't know it was a bug. This changes things though. I hope people can read past you calling it a nerf and see what actually just happened.
