- Your speed gets converted to offense, so yes.
The 10% from the bonus is applied before other speed bonuses from mods, though, FWIW. - The x3 offence is calculated from the base speed and mods dont matter as i understand

So..No? This answer is quite confusing. Are you saying the 10% bonus from a speed set gets converted into offense, but the speed secondaries aren't? Is there a source for this info? Not saying your wrong, I just have always read that the offense is only from the base speed stats.- He's just providing additional information to OP with regards to calculating speed bonus.
That said, I'm pretty sure the offense bonus is calculated on your final speed after entering combat. I.e. Includes base speed, mods, leadership. - He's awesome! I love using him as a borrowed 6th man, with my Jedi and rebels he makes my team hard to stop, plus I can use the Zeta on other toons until I farm for him specifically.
- It is calculated from base speed. Mods play no part.
- Can there be any clarification on this @CG_Kozispoon @CG_CapGaSP
- AFAIK, the offense bonus is applied at the start of the battle after all speed bonuses (from mods + zQGJ lead) are applied.

Because it doesn't specify base speed, I believe it's the final speed after bonuses/mods/lead.
Because it doesn't specify max speed and bcuz of lengthy testing I have done in GW using speed mod sets and sets w/ no speed at all getting the same damage...i guarantee it does not take mod speed into account.
