10 Jabba Shards short after app crashed

I have been going through the EA Help option in the game on my iPhone 16 and have not had a resolution. The only solution I have been given is to turn my phone on and off. 

On the 27th I finally completed the Jabba the Hutt unlock event. When I was completing Tier I to get my final 10 Shards the App threw an error and had to be restarted. I am now stuck at 320/330 shards but I can’t get the final 10 because I “completed” the tier already. 

From the screenshot you can see all tiers are completed but I am 10 shards short. Can anyone help me to get these shards? A little frustrated with the poor help through the App
